Through the 3x3 and subsequent 7x7 process of negotiations for staff salary /benefit package, a Ratification Document was developed. The 3x3 committee includes three Cody Education Association (CEA) certified staff and three board members. The 7x7 Committee membership is seven staff and seven board members.
